Ticket Purchase

Individual tickets should be purchased within 1 week from the day of making the reservation.
ATT! Ticket reservations should be made 7 days before the performance at the latest.

Group tickets should be purchased within 1 month from the day of making the reservation.

Purchase of the tickets:

Kuopio City Theatre Box Office
When tickets are purchased from the ticket outlets mentioned above, the ticket price includes a service fee of 2 euros / ticket. The service fee is included in the prices mentioned in the Event Calendars of the Kuopio Music Centre and Kuopio Symphony Orchestra websites. The service fee or other costs not related to the ticket prices (such as travel, accommodation) will not be refunded by the Kuopio Symphony Orchestra or the Kuopio Music Centre in case of cancellations.

Tickets may also be purchased at the Lippupiste ticket outlets around the country or R Kiosks. See current Lippupiste service and delivery fees here.

Ticket invoicing

We kindly ask you to mention invoicing when making the ticket reservation.

The tickets will be invoiced by Lippupiste and the tickets are delivered after the payment is made full by the due date in the invoice.

Tickets that are already payed full can not be changed for another event or will not be purchased back. In case you have lost your tickets, we will charge 3 euros / ticket for reprinting your tickets.

Cancellations

An event may be either cancelled or postponed to a new date in the future during the same or the following event season according to the decision of the producer of the event. Normally tickets will be refunded at point of sale. The cancellation policy concerning the refunds (place, due date etc.) may vary depending on the event producer. Other costs not related to the ticket prices (such as travel, accommodation) will not be refunded. In case of a cancellation we kindly ask you to contact the same ticket outlet or box office where the tickets have been purchased from.

Customers needing a personal care aide

In case a customer needs a personal care aide when participating events the personal care aide may attend the event with the same ticket. The tickets are assigned to specific seats / places at the Kuopio Music Centre Concert Hall (good visibility to the stage, easy access when entering / leaving the Concert Hall etc.). We kindly ask you to inform the box office personnel of your need for a personal care aide and/or other special needs when reserving and/or purchasing the ticket. ATT! There is a limited amount of places for customers with wheelchairs. These seats may not be purchased at the Lippupiste webstore.

We kindly ask you to arrive to the Concert Venue in good time before the start of the performance. First of all, visit us for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee or tea, but make sure you leave enough time to find your seat. The Concert Hall announcements will normally alert you to the start of the performance at 15, 10, 5 and a few minutes before the doors close. If you cannot use stairs please allow extra time to find your seat as lifts can be busy.
