The home of the Kuopio Symphony Orchestra is the Kuopio Music Centre 1050-seat Concert Hall at the heart of the centre. The acoustics of the hall designed by Finnish professor Alpo Halme has been widely acclaimed both by the professionals of the music field and the customers. Due to the stellar acoustics also many international record companies have chosen the Kuopio Music Centre Concert hall for their recordings.
1050 seats: floor 750 seats and balconies 300 seats
Seats for customers with wheel chairs: lower right balcony 14 seats and middle right balcony 4 seats (included in the total capacity of seats)
