This is already the 22nd time the Kuopio Symphony Orchestra’s traditional summer concert is organized! The orchestra invites its audience to the beautiful and summery settings of the Peräniemi Kasino at Väinölänniemi.

The concert programme consists of orchestral music favourites as well as traditional and popular music.

The tradition also is that the audience will join singing with the orchestra’s accompaniment and this time is no exception!

The Peräniemi Casino will open its doors on Wed 17 May at 5 pm.

If Mother Nature is on a good mood and we may enjoy pleasant weather you can also enjoy the concert from outside on the terrace, maybe even having a picnic with your friends and family. Due to the huge interest of the audience in previous years the Kasino has been full of people. Therefore, we suggest you arrive early. Gather your friends & come in good spirits to enjoy good music and good company!
