In case a performance is cancelled due to the illnesse of the artist(s) or some other insurmountable impediment the producer of the performance will inform the audience on the terms of cancellations and possible refunds. Normally tickets purchased in advance are not reclaimed.
The producer will also inform whether the performance will be moved to another date during the same or the next season and whether the possible tickets purchased in advance will also apply for the new performance, or decide on the terms how to refund the tickets.
The refund process also depends on the producer. Normally the producer is in charge of the refunds. Other costs, such as travel and accommodation, will not be refunded in any case.
